Episode 210 - September 7th, 2015

Rob admits to having a short fuse and then gives and example with an anecdote from the weekend. Joe talks about how stressed he was during the most recent performance of their murder mystery. Rob wonders if a comic’s height affects how the audience receives his jokes. Joe doesn’t feel that Rob should have expected advance notice of the bombshell regarding an acquaintances’ sexual orientation. Joe gets frustrated with Gramps. Joe wants his protégé to see just one of his many schemes to fruition, even though he knows that the end-product will be crap. Joe gets out of going to a wedding, but is not quite sure if it’s a good thing. Almost immediately after Rob and Joe recruit someone close to the show to help with a project, they realize it was a big mistake.

 



Episode 209 - August 31st, 2015

It’s Marcus’s birthday and Rob and Joe get him to discuss the very interesting gift from his wife. In the continuing saga of Lauragate, Joe calls Marcus out for apologizing. Rob and Joe take issue with comments made on O’MearaCast including some criticism of Robby. Rob’s appearance at JSS Uncensored was a huge success, but at Joe’s expense (although his doppelganger was in attendance). Joe doesn’t like people who speed on crotch rockets. Following the very recent passing of a former governor, Joe recounts the story of when he dared to give the man a tongue lashing. Rob wonders which celebrity's underwear would be the best to own. Rob and Joe try to put Robby on the spot. A chat room stalwart comes to his defense.

 



Episode 208 - August 24th, 2015

Joe discusses a friend/comedienne’s recent radio news cast. Rob and Joe get hate mail about Marcus. Joe forgot his ex-wife's birthday this year. Rob poses the question; who would be your "fall guy"? Robby has an extra holiday to remember each year, and Rob and Joe go toe to toe on who would win a war between the US and Taiwan. Careers in the emerging cuddling industry are explored. Hear about Joe's recent amusement park adventure. Joe is having trouble acclimating to his new breathing machine. Joe complains about a request from Robby and mentions a hilarious photo making the rounds.

 



Episode 207 - August 17th, 2015

Rob and Joe recall the recent post-game broadcast on 98 Rock, Coors Light Last Call... or is it Bud Light? Joe fumbles, but he picks up a gig with a comic who has a reputation for being miserable. Rob competes again against other comics, but loses again because he can't dance. Mike Chamberlin and Marcus weigh-in with their opinion on the Birdman controversy. Who would you like to be the next Colonel Sanders? Rob and Joe give you their picks. Rob and Joe can't help but get local with talk about the death of Baltimore Batman. Joe is asked to review Wendi Townsend’s newscast on 98 Rock, but he doesn’t believe he can be truly honest.

 



Episode 206 - August 11th, 2015

Rob and Joe are on their own as Robby is elsewhere. Wendi Townsend busts on Joe during morning show on 98 Rock. Should he be upset? Rob and Joe lobby for listeners to their first Raven’s post-game show on 98 Rock. Based on what Scott Apple did for his ‘bachelor party’, he may not get the concept or even know what a party is. When Rob reads that Columbia House has filed for bankruptcy, he is nostalgic about the lessons that company taught him as a child. Joe eats at Mickey Cucchiella’s new restaurant and gives it a ringing endorsement. Joe sees an iconic 80’s band with show announcer Tim and runs into an old friend. Joe believes you either get jokes or should move along. Did you know you can change the rules to wiffle ball? Rob doesn't understand why Ben Affleck would want the nanny. The Dr. Padawan receives his first lesson from Rob, and we get to hear some of the new material. Rob is all in on Donald Trump running for President.

 



Episode 205 - August 3rd, 2015

Rob and Joe address some criticism of the show. Rob talks about his new buddy David Koechner from The Office and Anchorman. Robby really wants to call him, but there is so much more to talk about. Joe shares about going to the ballpark with Scott Apple whose knowledge of sports is only as strong as his knowledge music. Who do you care about more; the wrestler, the robot, or the lion? Episode 204 - July 27th, 2015

Rob is preparing to do stand-up in his underwear. Joe doesn’t invite Rob to his show and there is some obvious tension. Robby might be paying attention. Marcus Certa is now working with the show, but its still basically Rob, Joe and Robby. Rob and Joe compare premises of some new jokes. Rob and Joe question Marcus about his sidekick Steve Mermelstein. Joe is now hanging with youngsters. There is a new development with Mickey Cucchiella and Joe reveals what is behind the curtains at 98 Rock and his jealousy. Hear some social media etiquette and much more on this episode.

 



Episode 203 - July 20th, 2015

Robby plays an unusual version of F, Marry, Kill. Submissions for the best of year four are considered. Joe and his friends get yelled at for laughing in a movie theater. Rob takes a gig in somewhat less-than-desirable room. When Joe goes to see a band with a friend, he puts his foot in his mouth once again. Joe calls out a high-profile hacker as a hypocrite. Robby gets criticized for calling antiquated media consumption easier. Joe attends a professional wrestling show featuring his favorite radio morning man.

 



Episode 202 - July 13th, 2015

Rob attempts to improve his outgoing phone message; and he encounters some racism during his trip to Asia. Rob’s girlfriend seeks input on updating her dream celebrity to someone less age-appropriate. Rob confesses to excluding Joe from gigs. Joe is asked to mentor a kid who is a comedy beginner. Joe un-friends someone in an effort to stop enabling what might be a serious psychological disorder. Rob, Joe and Robby compare notes on international sexual encounters and self-pleasuring.

 



Episode 201 - July 6th, 2015

Joe’s new gig on 98 Rock conflicts with a much-discussed wedding. Gramps sense of humor may not be for everyone, especially if English is not their first language. Rob and Joe are stunned to find an IMDB profile for someone closely associated with the show. Joe feels Chris Restivo should never trust his own instincts. Joe has an issue with Rob’s outgoing voicemail message.

 



Episode 200 - June 22nd, 2015

Three long overdue segments are saved to be included as part of a special 200th episode. Rob and Joe talk to the incomparable Justin Schlegel. Michael Chamberlin returns to give his brutally-honest review of “The Last Laugh”. The long-awaited second installment of the Scott Apple music quiz is finally here. Also Joe recalls details about his first time, Rob pretends to be an expert on a Best of DC podcast and a phone call from episode 198 is revisited.

 



Episode 199 - June 1st, 2015

Rob and Joe were excluded from 98 Rock’s new line-up, but for good reason. Rob reveals his primary trepidation with regard to marriage. Joe is utterly stunned when Rob confesses that he did not enjoy one of his favorite movies. Rob and a colleague have fun messing with women on Tinder. Rob recounts a string of comedy train wrecks that took place at a popular DC venue including one in which he was actually involved. At the risk of offending the man yet again, Joe finds new fault with a fellow comic. Rob poses some hypothetical questions and one particularly awful lose-lose scenario to Joe. Chris Restivo offers investment advice.

 



Episode 198 - June 1st, 2015

Rob tries to convince Joe to start watching Game of Thrones. While attending Scott Apple’s engagement party, Joe learns some fascinating family history. Rob and Joe both find themselves attracted to Caitlyn Jenner in her Vanity Fair cover photo. Joe spends an entire day with the 98 Rock morning show crew. Joe shares a story he’s heard about someone from Robby’s past. Rob and Joe speculate about the possible content of a DVD project floated by wannabe-comic Chris Restivo. Chris later appears in the chat room and is goaded into revealing some recent misfortune. Rob is eagerly anticipating two potentially misguided movie remakes, while Robby reluctantly goes to see the number one draw at the box office this week. Following two exhausting back-to-back trips, Rob questions whether or not he can get motivated again to perform for our armed forces overseas.

 



Episode 197 - May 25th, 2015

Rob is surprised to discover that some of the cool things he saw in Japan are available right here in the U.S. Joe voices his objections regarding two stories he heard recently about wait staff and tipping. Robby’s heartfelt ode to Letterman on Facebook is both admired and mocked. After having Chinese food right before the show, Rob comes to a conclusion about the fortune cookie. Rob and Joe are critical of a comic in the news who couldn’t handle a heckler. Joe gets overpaid for a gig and signs someone else’s name on the theater’s autograph wall. Robby worries that some language his girlfriend frequently uses in her native speech could be misheard by some as the most offensive word one can say in English.

 



Episode 196 - May 18th, 2015

The buzz surrounding last week’s interrogations of the half-Indian hustler has reached fever pitch. Rob believes that his girlfriend has an admirer in one of Joe’s sons. With Joe in need of a new place to live, Rob offers some alternate ideas. An audience member seems pissed off at Rob for no good reason at his open mic show. A friend of Rob’s girlfriend makes a critical error disposing of an old household item. Robby is taking the retirement of David Letterman very hard.
